These shoes weren’t with my delivery, on packing slip they were crossed off by hand and n/s was written by them but my email from vision says they were delivered. Waiting on vision to contact me.

Ordered over a week ago. Have not shipped. Keep getting automated email responses that end up at the same destination “label created but UPS has not received item”. Total dead end. I’ve been scammed once before purchasing online, starting to get that same feeling here. Is anyone there?
