Please allow up to 7-10 business days to process an order. Once an order is processed and shipped, it can take 3-7 business days to be delivered depending on your relation to the Los Angeles area.
You can find your tracking number by checking your emails for order notifications from the website, or by logging into your account and viewing your order for the latest tracking information.
At this time we do not offer expedited shipping. If you need your order by a certain date, we ask that you place your order 10 business days before that time.
If you find your order has not been delivered in this time window, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number so we could further assist you.
Shipping is at a flat rate of $6 for orders under $100. Free ground shipping is offered for orders $100+
We are currently only offering ground shipping. Expedited shipping is not available.
Do you ship to Canada or any other international countries?
At this time, we are only selling within the United States.
My package says it has been delivered but I do not have it. What should I do?
All customers will receive tracking details via email upon dispatch, and are expected to monitor tracking progress for any delivery exceptions.
At this time, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier of the package. We will not replace any packages.
Any product shipped back as a policy dispute or order refusal will be subject to a Forced Refund. Such customers will be refunded for order subtotal (minus original shipping costs paid) while instituting a $4-$8 restocking fee per item.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Item(s) purchased may be returned within 30 DAYS of receiving shipment at the customers expense and must be must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund.
Limited edition and sale items cannot be returned.
Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items. All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund.
To receive the address for returns, you must obtain an RA# by emailing email@example.com with details of your purchase and reason for return.
Please note: We do not accept returns for VISION items not purchased from WWW.VISIONSTREETWEAR.COM
If you purchased an item from WWW.VISIONSTREETWEAR.COM and would like a different color, size or style, you will have 30 DAYS to do so.
Customers requesting exchanges will need to place a new order once the unwanted item(s) is/are returned for store credit. Store credit will be issued within 5 business days of us receiving the return.

Return or Exchange requests outside of the 30 day window will not be accepted.
