Holiday Shipping Schedule
To receive your order before Christmas, please place your order by:
- United States (Standard): December 10
- United Kingdom, European Union & Rest of Canada: December 15
- Quebec & Ontario (Standard): December 18
Late order cut-off:
- UK, EU, Canada: All orders placed after December 23, 8:00 A.M. (EST) will only be fulfilled after Christmas.
- United States: All orders placed after December 18, 8:00 A.M. (EST) will only be fulfilled after Christmas.
Holiday closures:
Offices and warehouses are closed from December 24 to 28, and on December 31 and January 1.
At checkout, you’ll be prompted to choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are calculated based on your selection and will appear automatically before completing your order.
Note:
- Shipping times do not include processing time. Orders are generally processed within 1 business day.
- We ship only on business days: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 9 A.M. (EST) will be processed the next business day.
- During peak periods (e.g., holidays), processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

- Orders $150 CAD+ (before taxes): Free
CANADA – Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories
