The Vision Street Wear brand has always been synonymous with creative, interesting and iconic design. That’s why it should come as no surprise that we teamed up with legendary graffiti artist Ewokone to release a limited edition collection of apparel.
Ewokone has been a fan of Vision since the early days and is known to include the recognizable brand logo in some of his pieces. Vision Street Wear’s brand manager, Mark Encinias, approached Ewokone about collaborating because, “He brings the same type of vibe to Vision that is rooted in the brand’s DNA. Looking at some of the older Vision graphics and looking at some of Ewok’s graphics, you can see how well we fit together.”
Being most recognized for his "cartoony" caricature style, Ewokone was commissioned by Vision to fuse the brand artwork and logos with his own unique design aesthetic. The capsule collection for men includes four short sleeve tees featuring exclusive Ewokone illustrations.
The product will be available for purchase July 2nd on the Vision website and at select stores across the country. To celebrate the collection release a launch party will be held at Wallplay in NYC’s Lower East Side. A pop-up shop of the capsule collection and the release of a limited screen print edition will be available exclusively at the celebration event.
Drinks from Sailor Jerry and beer from the Shake Shack will be on hand along with music and an art display.
